Friday Reflection

"All our progress is an unfolding, like a vegetable bud. You have first an instinct, then an opinion, then a knowledge as the plant has root, bud, and fruit. Trust the instinct to the end, though you can render no reason."-Ralph Waldo Emerson.

Here's to trusting your instinct!

A Good Saturday Morning

Just back from stopping by Wild Bran's informative and yummy event in Lisle. Enjoyed meeting everyone there...picked up some delicious Toasted Samurai Tea from Shui Tea, pretzels from OMG It's Gluten Free, and restocked on raw vitamins. All in all, a good Saturday morning!

When Spring Does Arrive, I'll Be Ready!

I did some early Spring Cleaning today and quickly cleaned out three cabinets in our kitchen, wiped down the walls, and swept in hard to reach places. And, it is truly unbelievable how de-cluttering such a small space opens up room for an abundance of good energy!

Tomorrow will be another day of de-cluttering, one small area at a time, so I don't become overwhelmed. As further inspiration to continue, I am donating usable household items to The National Children's Cancer Society who then sells the items to raise funds to help children battling cancer and their families. You can learn more about their pick up service at www.donationpickupservice.net
